It's a lovely ranch style home. Plenty of land to run, paved 2 car driveway, a very nice carport, and hardwood floors throughout.
The house is old and in need of alot of repair before we can move in.
Option B:
A lovely little townhome. Nice big back deck. Nice quiet little community.
The yard is roomy, though not very big. We would not have to keep up the lawn.
It is right in the middle of town. There isn't a whole lot of traffic on this street but it's right off a main road...Main St. to be exact.
It's practically brand new and move-in ready.

Option B.) the lovely little townhouse that's convenient to the downtown area.
